La Dolce Vita

Positano is the most iconic and best known village on the Amalfi Coast, a strip of land sandwiched between the Mediterranean Sea and the Lattari Mountains that stretches 60 kilometres south of the province of Naples and north of Salerno, in Campania. The whole area has been declared a ‘World Heritage Site’ by Unesco. Along with Positano, the best known towns on the coast are Amalfi and Ravello.

Long swims in a crystal-clear sea, boat rides along the rugged coastline, romantic restaurants on the rocks, strolls through narrow alleys shaded by wisteria and lemon trees: this is the mix that makes Positano one of the most sought-after locations for a holiday in the sign of the ‘Italian dolce vita’.
